All products sold by Nandagovindam Creations Private Limited are non-returnable and non-refundable. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch, and all items are delivered in fresh condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is materially defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9495 770 381 or admin@nandagovindam.com, including your order number and photographs of the damage. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement. No cash refunds will be issued.
